After our home flooded, we found ourselves having to replace and refurnish almost our entire house. Jason at Restoration Hardware Outlet was absolutely wonderful to work with. After Hurricane Helene, we had the overwhelming task of choosing new décor for our entire house, and Jason made the whole experience so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right pieces for our home. His knowledge and great attitude made a difficult situation much more enjoyable. We truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend asking for Jason!
DO NOT BUY LIGHTING from here!! I bought 2x Double Audobon wall sconces that visually looked okay. Electricians installed one and it doesnt work (bad wiring) and my home is a new construction custom home so wiring is brand new and worked with other fixtures I tried previously. The second light fixture has strange bevels in the crystal that doesnt show until its lit up and you visually couldn't see that in the store. So over $1000 later I have 2x useless lights that I cannot return. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I about shit my pants at the cost of a couch. The cheapest 3 seater I found in my very fast walkthrough was $8,200.00 ... not ideal for anyone looking for an outlet store price on a minimum wage job - I'd need to win the lottery to even consider coming back here. I had a good laugh when I found one for $12,000.00 and left - without a couch.
First time in there .not quite my style, but the staff - there were 3 of them on the floor - and NOT EVEN ONE even acknowledged that I'd walked in the door ...with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store. 🤦
