We had a great experience here. All of the staff was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist. We worked most closely with Cory and Shelia who were both lovely. They would come check on us as we perused different areas of the store, then give us space to look on our own. They had answers to our many questions, helped contact other RH outlets to complete sets we were looking for, and assisted with coordinating delivery with recommendations. Robbie and the team at the RH Outlet in Asheville are amazing! Robbie took the time to help me with an item I was interested in, even with me coming into the store right before they were closing - he was patient and willing to help. The team was great at making sure to carefully wrap the item and help me load it into my vehicle - they were so delighted and shared in my excited that i found the perfect cabinet for my home. I highly recommend this store and look forward to coming back soon!
