I received underwhelming service from this location. After spending 6-figures with a designer who is no longer employed here, I would expect a higher level of professionalism from the replacement staff. We all know that RH products are richly priced; a commensurate level of personal attention should be provided, and it is not. Had a wonderful experience at RH thanks to our server, Paul. He was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. His customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Paul if you go!
Pricey (reasonably so) but beautiful if this is your style. Extremely high quality. Restaurant looks like fun but have not tried it.
