Très déçu ! Bière affreuse problème probablement de pression ! Les boissons n’arrivent pas en même temps . Le serveur pas très agréable. Les plats n’arrivent pas ensemble. Mais le plat était bon. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du restaurant qui est très joli.
The first person who helped us introduced himself as a designer, but his attitude was dismissive from the start. He kept glancing at his watch and told us after 35 minutes that his shift was over—without offering much help at all. Honestly, for a place where we spent several thousand dollars, we expected a higher level of professionalism and care. Thankfully, the experience turned around after he left. Bought many pieces of furniture over the years - purchased a couch - the sales rep showed us swatches of fabric in the store and sent us home with a small swatch. The couch that arrived was 20-25% lighter in shade than the swatch. We called, they agreed immediately to replace it - and provided a small gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. The best! Never make the mistake of ordering elsewhere. The experience and customer service from RH is unparalleled. I have ordered pieces from Arhaus, BB Italia, Roche and RH and the value from RH surpasses all. The quality has been better than most comparable Roche pieces and for the money a way better value than BB Italia. Arhaus can't get anything right so avoid at all costs. It has been an absolute pleasure working with RH and specifically this location. Thank You!
