I have ordered from RH on multiple occasions. Overall past experience with their designers and sales associates had been good. Recently purchased bar stools and furniture for our basement. After waiting 3.5 months, the barstools arrived, but they were not barstools. They were counter stools. I contacted the gallery right away and they agreed to make a no cost change from the counter stools to barstools (their error), but since they were custom, I would still have to wait 4 months for the correct stools. We have had nothing short of a 5 + star experience. Customer service has been exceptional - particularly from Mary R. She works in a quick, efficient and detail oriented way. She takes into consideration items that have your interest, spaces in your home and makes sure they serve their functional purpose. She will express her own personal recommendation through experience when asked upon! Very kind and personable. The follow up care has been top tier.

My sales experience with Meg Blubaugh was, and is, excellent. She truly cares about the aesthetics of our home, and her communication is both prompt and thorough. RH is always a great choice, but her willingness to help went above and beyond.
