It was a long road. I mean long road. The amount of times i bugged Abby and sent her emails was outnumbered but she always communicated back with me, sometimes soon sometimes delayed but never missed. She provided reassurance, helped put in inquiries and ensured everything. At the end of the day my husbands LPR finally came. And i can take a deep breath now. But i have to thank Abby for her patience with me throughout the process.

Went there to collect my residency card with my wife an daughter an they didn't even congratulate me on receiving my card ,they just made me signed for it an that was it .
