Disappointing Experience - BEWARE I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this location was frustrating enough to warrant one. After doing extensive research, I came in specifically to inquire about two swivel chairs by name. The associate I spoke with told me they were unavailable and not on display. I found that odd, so I continued browsing—and sure enough, in the very next room adjacent to his desk, both chairs were not only on display but clearly labeled with the exact names I had mentioned. Customer service is non existent , 0/10 , not even a simple “ hi “ heard for 15 min of me being in the store
RH had me make a very expensive order all based around a dining room table. And the day before delivery they called me to say the table is damaged so we cannot deliver it. They done this to me 3 times. On the third time I said I dont mind ill have the table with a crack in it only for them to then tell me oh no its not a crack its mold. On the 4th delivery date I was then told after no longer accepting the excuses theyre giving for them to then tell me they do not have the table in inventory and they wont have it till Decemb... read more
