I’m giving RH 3 stars because, despite being a very loyal customer, this particular experience has been extremely disappointing. We have purchased over half a million dollars from RH this year alone, in addition to significant purchases in previous years. I’m very disappointed with the experience I had with them. I had to return all the furniture because I was not like the pictures or the furniture displayed at aventura and they are not even answering to my emails and texts messages. They still need to come to my apartment for the rest of the furniture and they don’t answer. I spend 200k in restoration hardware and they only returned 62k. Im trying repeatedly to contact them and I don’t have an answer

I have had incredible customer service from both Valeria and Karina!! They have gone above and beyond to help me figure out what dining table and chairs would work best in my space! I do not live near the store, so their communication with me including videos of the woods and finishes has made it possible to make a decision that I feel very comfortable with. I appreciate all their time and effort in helping me. Such a pleasure to do business with them!! Thank you!!!
