I walked into the store and saw 2 rats throwing it back on the counter and then one of the rats had tattoos and the other rat was a woman with hot cheetos i went to the counter to get my device fixed and the 2 rats did a wonderful job at repairing my device more than the employees ☺️☺️☺️

Left a tablet there to get fixed during Feb. 2024 was quoted it would take 2 weeks. It's now July and I still don't have my tablet, and when I try to contact them, the phone is disconnected. Don't know if I should get the police involved for theft.
Everyone was amazing!
Worst place to go.
