I came in for an iPhone 14 Plus screen replacement. The service was friendly, and I got the phone back quickly. However, as I left, I noticed the screen had a slight gray tint. I didn’t think much of it at first, but once I started using the phone more, it became noticeably laggy. I highly recommend this business. Luis was very courteous and quick to answer all of our questions. We called and texted and he was quick to respond. Our iPhone screen was replaced in less than 30 minutes. We are happy customers. Thank you!

My phone screen went black, I could hear it and feel it but nothing was visible. I had RGV Device Doctors order the screen. When the screen arrived, I took my phone in for the repair. They called me back letting me know it was ready. The gentleman handed me my phone and told me it was repaired and it did not require a new screen. He told me my deposit was going to be refunded because all that was wrong was that my screen was disconnected. I could not believe it, they could have kept my money I would have never known.
