I took my phone multiple times under warranty and the phone came back worst than the first time I sent it on. First time I sent my Phone in it came back slower and worse processing time which was never the problem since s23 ultra. All the times I sent it in under warranty and like clockwork everytime my sound and power buttons wouldn't work and it wouldn't register finger motion. Ps my phone buttons never had an issue. Bought a pc from them recently it works perfectly and everything, but the only thing is that I can’t change the color of the fans I’ve called and texted but no one answered? Still trying to figure it out :(
I came in for an iPhone 14 Plus screen replacement. The service was friendly, and I got the phone back quickly. However, as I left, I noticed the screen had a slight gray tint. I didn’t think much of it at first, but once I started using the phone more, it became noticeably laggy.
