I have great service very satisfied
This was a good bank at first getting me a personal loan and financing me a vehicle with a low Interest rate but there came a time when I was going through some hard times and work had slowed down so I backed up like $150 dollars on my car payments and I was behind one payment on my personal loan so I was communicating with a gentleman name mike that was in charge of collecting the payments for the bank in regarding my situation he just kept asking me when could I do the next payment and I told him into my next pay check So ... read more
Horrible customer service from tammy (compliance manager?) Her condescending tone made the call very unpleasant. As a representative, she should learn some basic courtesy and people skills. I was appalled by her poor attitude and will think twice about doing business with this credit union again if this is the level of service they provide.
