This bank was my mom’s main bank that she opened an account for me to start saving money for me and just recently my now husband opened a bank account cause since I knew the bank well started taking money out when we would notify them to cancel this account he had to not charge the account cause we didn’t wanna overdraw with the account an they agreed an within couple of weeks after that my mom would deposit money that I didn’t know that she was putting money into the account just to keep it open N my mom went one day an my ... read more
Zero customer service skills
Worst bank ever, when family is depositing cash. No ID is required for many banks and they wants ID. Dang if someone is depositing for me to cover my bills and they don’t have a id, will they deny light bill to be shut down? You all need to change your administration or board and rules. Tellers on drive through always have the worst customers service. ( Morgan) put nicer people.
