I reached out via chat on the website for assistance after I lost my debit card. April was immediately available and ready to help out. After a couple of questions for confirmation, she had me set and ready to go with my new card.
This bank was my mom’s main bank that she opened an account for me to start saving money for me and just recently my now husband opened a bank account cause since I knew the bank well started taking money out when we would notify them to cancel this account he had to not charge the account cause we didn’t wanna overdraw with the account an they agreed an within couple of weeks after that my mom would deposit money that I didn’t know that she was putting money into the account just to keep it open N my mom went one day an my ... read more
