This was a good bank at first getting me a personal loan and financing me a vehicle with a low Interest rate but there came a time when I was going through some hard times and work had slowed down so I backed up like $150 dollars on my car payments and I was behind one payment on my personal loan so I was communicating with a gentleman name mike that was in charge of collecting the payments for the bank in regarding my situation he just kept asking me when could I do the next payment and I told him into my next pay check So ... read more

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONE IS TRYING TO DO BUSINESS AND HE EITHER GET LEFT ON HOLD OR TRANSFERED TO A NUMBER THAT GOES TO A VOICEMAIL.
I love this bank and I love the employees there. I want to especially thank and give alot of credit to Mrs Patricia as well..she has helped me in so many ways it is crazy ina great way and I am very grateful for her assistance and her unique attributes...If you are reading this..thank you RGVCU and THANK YOU! Mrs Patricia for everything you have done for me and still doing to this day!
