I was treated like an executive, I had so many questions and adjustments to make. My chair is pretty much customized. I didn’t know I don’t have to buy only what the manufacturer posted on their website. RGO can collaborate with them to customize it the way I want. They assigned me to Cassidy, they promptly and patiently communicated and I am so grateful each time I sit on my chair. Great service from the techs and the team at RGO. Really appreciate the attention and care they've shown.
I used to make purchases from their used inventory, but now their showroom is locked and there is a sign that says "by appointment only". If you phone to make an appointment, you get transferred to a sales rep that doesn't answer. Not great
