Reached out to this company for a simple name change and initially process started out well. I paid the legal fees but my paperwork needed constant revisions and it kept getting sent back from the state department. Reason I’m giving two stars is cause the paralegal I was working with at this company ghosted me completely. She took my money and never responded to any of my correspondences.
