I can't thank Rachel and RG Nutrition enough for helping me to improve my everyday lifestyle. Before I met with her I didn't really eat breakfast - or lunch for that matter! - and barely ate at home. Life was just too hectic and I though it was too hard to eat healthfully. I also didn't workout - I just didn't have the time! But with Rachel's help and motivation, I was able to start eating regularly, cooking more at home, and even work out!! I've lost weight, have more energy, and just feel so much better.
