The staff at this Brenner location is very friendly and welcoming. I walked in without a previous appointment, and they addressed my initial request and quickly assigned me a short wait slot for my taxes. Nikia Yusuf, the office manager handled my documents very skillfully and fast, and within a day I had all my documents ready and submitted. She was very helpful. And the price was reasonable. I would strongly recommend this company and especially this branch of it, Harlem. Thank you all at Brenner, thank you Nikia.
This is a great place to get yourself together to get your taxes done. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always on point !
They’re efficient and knowledgeable, although they are a bit expensive. I have been priced out of using them, last year’s pricing was way too much. The cost of everything is rising sadly, and last year because of my circumstances I paid them more then got back.
