I filed my 2024 taxes with R&G Brenner at this location, and chose to work with another firm for 2025 in order to review and confirm several mistakes made on my 2024 return, hence my delayed review. First, my very simple name was misspelled on all reports. Second, I arrived prepared with instructions from my employer regarding international tax treaty information that needed to be taken into consideration. The only reason I work with this company is because of my accountant went there. Their system is garbage, they are antiquated, I upload document through the portal, it shows the count of the docs I uploaded, but the documents are not in the system. I have to re-upload them yet again. You try to access docs from the year before they are not there. Hopefully my accountant takes my advice and leaves this place this year, so I can continue to work with him. I will not be returning.
