R&G Brenner may be one of the most uncomfortable situations I've experienced in some time. First, my appointment was for 9:30 A.M. (Which I set because I had work a bit later) When I arrived at 9:15 A.M, I was told by Tyquan that she doesn't come in until 10:00 A.M. Zero Stars! I experienced gross negligence from Raju Mera and R&G Brenner Tax Consultants. Serious filing errors, which were admitted to in writing by their Tax Preparer, Raju Mera, led to significant IRS penalties, an IRS audit, interest, and legal fees. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the firm refused to take responsibility or assist. Their lack of professionalism and accountability caused lasting financial harm. Avoid this firm at all costs
