My tax experience at this tax office is awesome with Debbie Hankins. She gets the work done. I never had a situation with her. My concern is for the new front desk clerk. When they hire a new front desk clerk they should advise them not to use their personal devices while work hours only use it in case of an emergency. Personal conversation should not be allowed in the work environment. They will lose many clients that way if their front desk clerk does not know how to entertain clients who have appointments for their busine... read more

Zero Stars! I experienced gross negligence from this firm. Serious filing errors, which were admitted to in writing by their Tax Preparer, Raju Mera, led to significant IRS penalties, an IRS audit, interest, and legal fees. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the firm refused to take responsibility or assist. Their lack of professionalism and accountability caused lasting financial harm. Avoid this firm at all costs
