Don Rosenberg will take your paperwork and disappear. He also neglected to mention that if you owed money it needed to be paid by April 15 even though you filed an extension. That ended up costing me an additional $2k. Avoid at all cost.
Despite having been a customer of R and G Brenner for at least the last 10 years we received completely unacceptable services from them for tax year 2024. They failed to shoulder the burden of what proved to be an entirely avoidable messy interaction with the revenue agency of one of the states to which our business must file returns, they underestimated our refunds (thereby creating lengthy delays in our receipt of them), and completely ignored important documents we submitted for review. We just moved to the area and my wife decided to use this company. They are located in the JV mall and it was convenient for us. My wife uploaded all the documents and scheduled an appointment to review the information with the tax prepper name Jeffrey. He was not prepared and had to reschedule and did not know how to use the new software. Finally after a reschedule we thought everything was done. Two days ago I received a notice saying I owe the state of new your over $1k and my filings were late which was astounding to me ... read more
