Extremely unhappy and disappointed in the service we received from RF2 Furniture Warehouse. I didn’t receive what I had originally ordered as the chaise lounge was on the wrong side so I had to return the furniture back to the store. We liked the furniture that we had picked out so we reordered in hopes that this time we would get the correct furniture. We we initially excited to support this local furniture store — they have a great showroom with styles we love, and the staff was attentive while we were shopping. We ordered a custom nursery chair in mid-April and were told it would arrive in 6–8 weeks. We paid a significant amount and felt good about supporting a local business. We’ve had our furniture from RF2 for over 5 years now and it still looks great! Very happy with the quality and service! We will be returning soon to purchase more furniture. Much better prices and service than other local furniture stores.
