I usually don’t make bad reviews but I think this one is important. Since we arrived to do our taxes, he couldn’t and answer a single question about anything. All his answers were “the system does that”. We asked if a specific document was necessary and he said no. He couldn’t explain our returns, again “the system did it”. Turns out that we got it redone, the document was necessary and instead of paying $8k, as he said, we are getting $11k reimbursed.
