It took me a little while to get on top of the system (not particularly IT savvy) therefore the technical backup absolutely critical for us to use the platform ... and it could not be better. Excellent service from a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team. Good job.
It's surprising that Google Pay and Apple Pay options aren't available, especially since Stripe supports them on their platform. However, when using the Rezdy widgets, these options don't seem to appear.
They have been really great to worth with.
Fantastic booking system with brilliant Customer Service for tech support. We are very happy with Rezdy in our Wine Business in the Hunter Valley and highly recommend them.
Excellent customer support. With that in mind, you'll spend a lot of time talking with them. Unfortunately you have very little to work with when it comes to the website, and it's pretty tedious.
