Been live now for around 6 weeks and I agree with all the other poor reviews on here. Deeply frustrating service. The onboarding team left leaving me feeling like Im half set up. That person left the business so Ive no contact there now just bounced back emails. My main contact takes days to reply. My OTA help couldnt answer basic questions and Im 6 weeks in and wondering how hard/easy its gonna be to shift my new start up to a new booking system because this one gives you little help or follow up. I am sorry to say that after more than 10 years of using Rezdy, we are taking our business elsewhere. Platform fees, booking fees, exchange fees, Rezdy pay fees, market commission fees and now API integration costs? It's laughable. @Rezdy, you have lost your way. You need to go back to putting your customers first.

I cannot speak more highly of your calm and patient way when helping to resolve our issues. I should mention difficult problems that always get resolved. A great product with personal support when required!
We’ve been using Rezdy as our booking engine for our tour business and, despite having 5-star reviews from our guests, we have not been able to take a single booking for the past nine months because of a persistent error message. The onboarding experience felt dismissive rather than supportive, and after repeated attempts to get help we were told by a manager to “go somewhere else” if we didn’t want a duplicate system — even though providing seamless booking integration is Rezdy’s core business.
