I could excuse the outdated software if the service was good, but it's not. I should have read these reviews or the ones on trust pilot before committing because I experienced the same problem as every one else - they make it extremely hard to cancel your plan so they end up taking your money and won't refund you even if you didn't use it. Don’t buy it. the worst booking software I ve ever seen. Their reporting system is even more useless as the simple 1 + 1 not equal to 2.
Been live now for around 6 weeks and I agree with all the other poor reviews on here. Deeply frustrating service. The onboarding team left leaving me feeling like Im half set up. That person left the business so Ive no contact there now just bounced back emails. My main contact takes days to reply. My OTA help couldnt answer basic questions and Im 6 weeks in and wondering how hard/easy its gonna be to shift my new start up to a new booking system because this one gives you little help or follow up. I am sorry to say that after more than 10 years of using Rezdy, we are taking our business elsewhere. Platform fees, booking fees, exchange fees, Rezdy pay fees, market commission fees and now API integration costs? It's laughable. @Rezdy, you have lost your way. You need to go back to putting your customers first.
