It's obvious the ladies here have only accomplished enough PT education in order to get the job. It's almost like half of them didn't know what yoga was, when every stretch they gave me to do is exactly that. Their focus was only on pain relief exercises. But I needed to heal and build muscle because of my condition and the young age I have my condition at.
