High pressure, annoying, and scammy sales tactics. They'll say anything to get you to buy a jacket and they'll lie to your face about the limited time 50% off sale that's actually 365 days a year. They'll get pissed at you if you leave without a jacket.
When I first walked in I was just kind of browsing to see what they had since I was looking for a leather jacket. The people there are very friendly and helpful. Since my first visit i have bought 2 jackets, a vest and chaps. They will try to get you to buy something each time you visit but they are not pushy they do offer layway. Each visit I seem to find something new I like its definitely the best place to go if your looking for leather apparel and don't want to spend alot of money on just 1 item.
My picked up a leather jacket here. They were running some crazy good deals the day we were in town.
20 stars is my rating! I would highly recommend Reynolds Leather & Gifts to anyone looking for good Leather Products. I have bought 2 Leather Jackets a couple of pairs of Riding Gloves and a Leather Riding Cap from Reynolds Leather and Gifts and I will be going to Reynolds Leather & Gifts for any future Leather purchases. The PRICE cannot be beat. The SELECTION is massive. IF you are within 500 miles it is worth the effort. Our sales person had the skills to pull correct sizes and she knows her stuff. We are thrilled with our new leather jackets, chaps, and boots.
