Inept, incompetent and unprofessional, causing unnecessary stress. Craig Reynolds was hired to close the sale on my home. 1) Non-communicative; no response to emails from both myself and my agent, let an issue go unresolved until 2 days before closing. Incompetent /unprofessional; never provided closing numbers (2 days prior to closing is standard) I had to contact the office 1 hour before closing.
