Not really good at calculating taxes and rude vietnamese people

Update: After finally connecting with Michelle she was able to walk us through the process of dealing with CRA when an error has occurred. Communication since has been prompt. Michelle put in extra time and energy. This was an unfortunate situation for all involved but has turned around. Disappointed.... Initial thoughts were favorable. An input error occurred which was caught the next day and an adjustment was completed. Thought all was well. Not!! Things have gone downhill.
