The staff are awesome. Excellent services . Highly recommend .
Michelle is unprofessional, rude and egotistical. Does not have up to date knowledge needed in today's tax climate. We switched to JR Accounting and are much happier. Tax is incredibly important. Spend a little bit more and get an actual CPA who is competent.
Just read through her responses to negative reviews and you will know what kind of person you are dealing with. Many members of our community have left her for another accountant due to her attitude. As she says - if you want professional service with a smile - go somewhere else. If you want to be treated like dirt by a lowly accoutant for less than $50 then she is for you!
Very accommodating and entertained us during her busy schedule. Michelle gave us good advise how to go process our inquiries.
