I was involved in a car accident in August 2024, but I haven’t received my settlement money yet. I received a letter from the other insurance company stating that they had sent out the settlement to the other party in May 2025. However, I haven’t received any updates since then. When I call them, I’m told different things. Don’t give them your whole info or they tap into all your stuff email court records ect. and hide you from all courts even your comments on your own reviews they are very sneaky look else where search for an honest lawyer no recommendation from me ! Keep your own records and remember record your conversation like I did!!
It's been 2 years since I went with them and the girl that answers the phone is very rude. I updated my phone months ago and she never updated it. I called to let her know about my new diagnoses and she said she never received it that was 6 months ago. Whenever I call all she says is oh we're still waiting. Not helpful at all.
