It's been 2 years since I went with them and the girl that answers the phone is very rude. I updated my phone months ago and she never updated it. I called to let her know about my new diagnoses and she said she never received it that was 6 months ago. Whenever I call all she says is oh we're still waiting. Not helpful at all.
It is a hassle to get ahold of anyone. I can call all day and still get sent to voicemail. A few months ago everything was going well up until these last couple of weeks.
