Terrible customer service from Cynthia. She was supposed to help us file a tax return from 2022. She scheduled us to go in at 11am-had us reschedule for 1pm 10 minutes before our appointment. We showed up at 1pm and she didn’t get there until 1:24pm to collect payment and asked us to go back the next day at 9am. Well the next day she didn’t show up until 10am and has my husband sit there and do his taxes with no type of customer courtesy. He told him he owed taxes but couldn’t tell him why.
