I dropped off a bench seat from an older pickup I was restoring and was told I would get back a new seat.....old material and foam stripped, frame cleaned and paint with new foam and material of my choice custom sewn and installed for $625.00. what I got when I picked it up was a $725.00 bill and a frame that was not cleaned or painted, a bottom foam that was cut up with replacement foam chunks glued in , a material pattern that was not what I asked for, half of the seat was overstuffed, the back portion material is barley w... read more
Brought my items in for measuring and fabric selection, was told they would get back to me with quote next day, I received a call from someone a week later asking me what fabric I selected, how many yards, assumed they lost by information. I asked him kindly to call me back after they figured it out as I did not write the information down myself, never heard back. Totally unprofessional, I wasted a week and a half which delayed my project. Ended up going elsewhere.
