Unfortunately we received our basketball plaque with someone else's name printed on it. I have called and left several messages as well as emailed with absolutely no response in three weeks time. Very disappointing to have paid for a plaque of my son only to end up with an unknown name printed on it.
My son was playing for BVAC during basketball season 2021. We had taken basketball pics in December of 2021. It is now July of 2022 and I've made several attempts to call and have even spoken with a few people. I've sent over my confirmation email for them to look back in their system to see what went wrong and was told that someone will get back to me in a few days BUT GUESS WHAT??? STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS 0 STARS My daughter had soccer pictures taken 09/18/2021 . it is 2/23/22 and we have not received ANYTHING! We asked her pictures be given to her coach, but they took so long that the season was over. Because the season was over, they decided to send the pictures to the billing address (Which is not our living address) without even speaking to us. I extremely disappointed by this company and I am starting to believe that I may have been scammed. We had soccer pictures taken nearly 3 months ago through the BVAC sports program. We still have not received our photos, nor has anyone on our team. I have called and left voicemails, as well as emailed. I have gotten no response back at all. If I could give them zero stars I would, as they have literally stolen our money at this point, and have shown no sign of delivering the photos promised.
