Do not go here.... – I recently tried to rent a tuxedo at the Rex on San Pedro and had the worst experience ever. When I picked up my tux the shirt was yellow all over the back and the tux jacket had large holes in it. They tried to find me another jacket, but it did not match the rest of the tux. They also brought me another shirt, but it was not what I had ordered. When I cancelled the order, they would not refund my deposit, even though they could not deliver my order. I would never try this place again.
Worst Tux Rental to ever go to – We recently had a bad experience with Rex not this particular one but the one on Military Dr. on the southside to be exact. They messed up last weekend on not one but three tux rental for a Debut that my nephews were standing in. Then the next day when my sister proceeded to inform the associate at the tux place sale associate was like had an oh well attitude and tried to offer a discount as if we would ever rent from there place ever again these people should be put out of business, like it'... read more
Overall Worst Tuxedo Rentals – Rex nearly ruined my son's wedding - for instance, they lost my son's measurements TWICE, shipped the wrong tuxedo TWICE, overcharged some of the groomsmen, of the 13 rentals only one tuxedo was close to being correct! My husband's and son's tuxedos were finally complete one hour before the church service which did not allow us to take pictures of him preparing for the ceremony.
