This might be the worst facility I have ever encountered in my life. All the staff have attitudes for no reason. You press the call button you don’t get a response from anyone until 30 minutes to an an hour
My mom was a patient at Rex From 2019 until she passed away last month. The staff there have always taken such great care of her and made sure she was well looked after. Very grateful for their service throughout the years.
Visited Rex Rehab today. Consistently impressed with the staff at this rehab center. They seem to hire the most professional of people. We have and do recommend Rex Rehab to our clients who need rehab.
I was reluctant about sending my Uncle Bill Osborne to a rehab facility. Like everyone, I've heard the horror stories about how poorly they are treated. To my great surprise, this has not been our experience. To the contrary, my Uncle Bill has some incredible care providers who treat him like "their" Uncle too. Specifically, the team that includes Fantasia, Toya, Sanita, Crystal and Philip have made me sleep comfortably at night knowing that they care for him just like I do when he is at home.
