Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the front desk staff. Jennifer was openly disrespectful and spoke in a condescending manner when I asked a routine question. There was no provocation or reason for this response. Being treated as though I was interrupting her simply for needing help is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. This interaction left a very poor impression. Corinne on the other hand is an angel.
I was treated for speech therapy by Ms. Brock. She's awesome and is a great speech therapist! I appreciate her amazing work and how patient & understanding she is. Overall, the process was just great, and the staff was awesome & friendly!
The most terrible consultation in my life. The woman, the doctor who consulted me absolute zero. She didn't even show me Kegel's exercises! But what was my surprise when the reception, having convinced me that everything was fine with my insurance and it would cover my consultation, made a gross mistake and demanded that I pay $400 for the consultation by calling me the next day. Dr. Cross is amazing! I had such a great experience doing pelvic floor therapy with her. She was beyond patient and went out of her way to make me comfortable during vulnerable moments. I never thought I would find a provider that made me feel so open and safe to work through my health issues that I felt so much shame about. She was well worth the wait and I would highly recommend her. She’s not only an amazing doctor, but also has such an amazing demeanor and attitude that builds trust.
I tried to call to speak to a supervisor and leave a review with them but after being on hold for 30 minutes just to talk to someone I hung up. I had scheduled an evaluation appointment for physical therapy post stroke. I just want to get better. I waited two months for the appointment and the morning of they called me to tell me Kristinna was out sick, inconvenient yes but I understand.
