Wasted our time for almost 3 months on a house. Had us jumping through all these hoops and what not. Switched 3 different loan types through the whole process and was told multiple different closing dates, all while acting like the closing date was gonna absolutely happen in order to drag the deal along… highly recommend just going to a bank getting your own mortgage and hiring your own people to do this. Definitely would recommend Rex. He called me from his summer vacation spot on a Saturday and got me started with my loan. Always responding to any questions I had. Kept me updated continuously on the process.
I was appalled at the verbal diragatory comments from you today, during a discussion with my husband. Your professionalism was in the toilet! Here's a big fat zero to you and your unprofessional business practice.
Extremely unprofessional. Laughed and made disrespectful comments in the process of telling me that he would not lend for a mortgage with a fully owned house as collideral. Also called my agent and balled her out for recommending me to him. STAY AWAY!!!
