Terrible management for residential dumping. Scale worker doesn't remove full dumpsters in a timely manner and has to turn away residential dumpers, meanwhile commercial dumping (where they make their money) has no problem. City probably shouldn't contract with these guys on behalf of residents but that won't change.
5249 is the public entrance, use that entrance if you are dropping things off. 5301 is for employees only.
Waiting time here is more than 2 hours. This is ridiculous. Long lines outside of the premises. Someone can have an accident.
As a truck driver the maintenance schedule for outages are ignorant, resulting in 2+ hour long lines to empty trucks. Do better. So things haven't gotten better.
