Last year this was a great place to go. Now that Charlotte is not always there customer service is horrible. She was always upbeat and so nice. The last time I went the new person there changed the rate on the same tattoos I have been working on. I was doing 4 tattoos at a time. The four im working on now are very small it went from 150 for all to 375 for just one. I didnt stay to hear the rest. Always welcoming. Charlotte is great and friendly. It hurts (the laser) but it's worth it! Great prices too!
Super nice people & very professional. The removal process did not even hurt contrary to what I've been told. The office was calming and ultra clean. All equipment is new, I left feeling like I made the right decision coming here. Stoked!
