I had a very negative experience with this company. I would strongly caution other businesses before signing up, as it ended up costing us significantly. Our account was set up by Chris Llaga, who was very persistent in calling and pushing us to sign up. However, once the account was established, communication completely stopped and we received no follow-up support. They don’t care about small businesses. They just want to make money and take your money. Read the small print. They will charge you $500 to cancel. Even if you’ve been with them for so long. You have to write them to cancel and if you fail they will over draft your account. But they don’t tell you that. You have to read the small print.
Be aware of the cancellation process! They don’t give a shit about small businesses. And will cause you to go into overdraft with not even thinking about it! Read the small print.
Bad experience with verbal agreements compared to actual signed agreements. When it was time to cancell charged 20% of sales. But a verbal agreement that eventually was put in writing was for 15%. But they continued to charge 20% and all sales people disappeared. Cancell the service when my account reach 0 back in March 22 but they claimed it was not cancellwd till April 5 and continued to take the extra money till the 5th.
