I tried to cancel with them and they continued billing me for an additional 45 days after receiving my initial request. I would not recommend this company due to both the amount of money they charge and their ridiculous cancellation policy. You should Definitely look elsewhere for a customer appreciation program. Two very enthusiastic thumbs down.
Working with Lorin has been a treat. I initially left a negative review while in a bad health/head space and wanted to rectify my thoughts. Rewards Network offers some lovely customers that treated my store and staff with care and respect, which was much appreciated particularly given today's edgy climate. The way this program was sold to me did not cover how I would be paying this company back for the upfront lump sum they sent me. I was under the impression they would be taking it from their members, but it has instead come from my pocket and cost me nearly $8,000 for some very rudimentary and below basic marketing. Stay far away from this company if you're a small business owner as they will take take take and don't add up to what they promise. Very predatory model here.
