If I could give zero, I would. My experience with Rewards Network has been nothing short of unprofessional and outlandish. They rescinded a job offer over something as minor as a clerical error in the dates listed on my resume — something easily clarified with references or documentation. Instead of handling it with fairness and transparency, they went as far as framing it in language that compared me to having a criminal record or a positive drug test. One of the most untrustworthy companies that I have dealt with. Sales rep comes and explains how everything will work. I outline my concerns and they agree to assist. They inform me that there is a ticket limit on my account. Charges start coming in over the ticket limit. I spend 3 weeks trying to resolve it. Promised again that there is a ticket limit on the account. Once again get charged for items over my ticket limit. Now my sales rep is unresponsive. I call the main number and get their manager. I tried to cancel with them and they continued billing me for an additional 45 days after receiving my initial request. I would not recommend this company due to both the amount of money they charge and their ridiculous cancellation policy. You should Definitely look elsewhere for a customer appreciation program. Two very enthusiastic thumbs down.

Working with Lorin has been a treat. I initially left a negative review while in a bad health/head space and wanted to rectify my thoughts. Rewards Network offers some lovely customers that treated my store and staff with care and respect, which was much appreciated particularly given today's edgy climate. The way this program was sold to me did not cover how I would be paying this company back for the upfront lump sum they sent me. I was under the impression they would be taking it from their members, but it has instead come from my pocket and cost me nearly $8,000 for some very rudimentary and below basic marketing. Stay far away from this company if you're a small business owner as they will take take take and don't add up to what they promise. Very predatory model here.
