I am not a customer. I am a small business owner. I was "given" a loan by Rewards Network after they convinced me they just wanted to "help small businesses and make sure they survived" Well, six months later, they are still taking thousands out of my account every month with some ridiculously complicated pay back scheme that has to be criminal. I cannot believe that any restaurant could stay in business paying these fees for abusive and misrepresented usage. This program is a rip off and was completely misrepresented as being a program for bring in new customers and not to taking unjustified fees. After looking at the invoices 33% of invoice are multiple repeat usage for existing customers. There were some parties of 8 to 12 people that I am paying a fee for not only the member but for a group of nonmembers. I feel that 50% of these fees are unjustified and over ch... read more
stay away ; they charge you 20% of the total ticket amount (including sales tax and tip) when they should be charging you based on the net sales amount. Furthermore, after analyzing each ticket they send in the statements, we found many transactions that are not registered in our Toast system, meaning they are fraudulent sales.
