Really outstanding customer service. I've bought two tractors through them now and they were great to deal with. They even helped me sort out the fixtures needed to connect in a dump trailer I bought from Fleet Farm. Also, just get the grapple. Don't overthink it. Best addition ever. Highly recommended!
