The worker Cathy is very prejudice and rude she turns down expensive very good quality items to a lot of black women when we are trying to sell them at the lyndhurst store or either offers $4 for high end clothing I would not recommend shopping or trying to sell items here
I have been a loyal customer and seller with this store for years, consistently bringing in high-quality items. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and has compelled me to end my relationship with the store. During my visit, I felt I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. Nice staff clean store
Really rude older woman employee yells at you the second you walk in the store. And they don’t buy anything you bring them. Next time I will go to once upon a child or Facebook marketplace. This place has really condescending and disrespectful staff. I’m never coming back and telling everyone to stay clear of this place.
Used to be fair pricing. Now they charge almost full price for Target clearance brands. On top of that, they charge a fee for using a credit card on top of sales tax. The cashier and I had an argument where she claimed "everywhere does that now." Really used to like this place and now I will be finding somewhere else.
