Went in with my daughter today to sale a few of my granddaughters clothing and shoe items. Shoes that was purchased this year for school. Which had barely even been worn. Since she’s had a growth spurt in the last month. They offered $52 for Jordans, Timberlands a few other Nikes and a couple Zara outfits. Stating they’re an affordable store. That doesn’t excuse you trying to lowball your customers. At this point I think I’ll rather sale these items through Facebook Marketplace.

I am a regular customer here. And the ladies behind the counter are very rude and it definitely shows. And I don’t think they are very fair…. I would rather give my items away than deal with how customers are treated..

The worker Cathy is very prejudice and rude she turns down expensive very good quality items to a lot of black women when we are trying to sell them at the lyndhurst store or either offers $4 for high end clothing I would not recommend shopping or trying to sell items here

I have been a loyal customer and seller with this store for years, consistently bringing in high-quality items. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and has compelled me to end my relationship with the store. During my visit, I felt I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally.
