Ian Lim is the man! From the moment we walked in the door of the showroom and purchased our sofa to bringing it home we were treated with the upmost customer service. Even when we had minor issues with the sofa Ian and the team there didn't hesitate to resolve it quickly and with our concerns being top priority. I would highly recommend this fine group when looking for your "forever" sofa or other furniture pieces that they have!
My partner and I purchased a couch recently from Revolve which is probably the most comfortable I've ever sat in. Furthermore, it comes with a very reasonably priced, comprehensive 5-year warranty. Their pieces are functional, unique, and modern. There are definitely a few other pieces we're eying for the future. We worked with Allie who was exceptional from start to finish.
