My first visit to this office started off with issues. I called and booked an appointment with the office. When I called I was never asked the reason for my visit to confirm that the appoint was with the correct person. Instead the front office staff just booked me. I was informed that I had to bring my medications to the appointment with me. Not a list, the actual bottles and syringes. Even though some of those medications need to be refrigerated. Staff was friendly and Dr. Jordan helped me during a very tough time in my life.
The scheduling staff and office leave a lot to be desired. The primary scheduler was rude/condescending after it was brought to her attention that she forgot to inform me Dr. Jordan would be out of the office and I showed up for my appointment, waited 20 minutes after the start time and was then told he was out of the country. I tried to give the office another chance and rescheduled my appointment to which the Dr. arrived 25 minutes after my start time, ran tests for 3 hours and 40 minutes that were all computer based and i... read more
The staff are amazing!
Dr Jordan comes off as a decent Dr but his follow up is LOUSY. LOTS OF TIME & $$ Wasted on their testing just for him to not ensure he does what he says he will do and send the testing into the PCM. SO, parents/clients beware!
