I’ve taken one nutrition class here and have gained a wealth of knowledge! Things I wish I would’ve known years ago. Jamie is outgoing, kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward. She is so much fun to talk to!!! And, I must say... the ambiance/decor in her shop is gorge!!!! So inviting and warm. Stop in and meet a new friend. I know she is the answer I’ve been waiting for to help me and my family live our best lives!
