I came to Revolution Sport and Spine Therapy for a severe stubborn case of bilateral plantar fascists. The sharp heel pain was making it hard to even walk first thing in the morning. Jessica my therapist started right away with a through assessment-she videoed me walking to analyze my gait and foot mechanics in detail. Based on the video Jessica determined I was walking incorrectly which was also causing my hip pain! Excellent experience. Very nice and supportive. Dan is so good at explaining everything.
Mark has been very helpful in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. He provided exercises appropriate for each week of recovery and celebrated my progress. He pushed for getting my range of motion through walking the wall and progress on the stationary bike. He really cared about my recovery.
