Treatment itself was good. There was a billing system issue that was brought up to me at the end of the meeting. The insurance was then subsequently not submitted properly. I cancelled my following appointment until the billing was sorted. The following day the owner sent an inappropriate and confrontational email about her receptionist's family member passing as a reason I didn't get a call back and why they didn't answer the phone. Had a massage therapy with Patrick, Can't find any words how truly great he was when it comes to his job. He is very knowledgeable, welcoming and listening to my concerns. He gave me the best treatment as a patient who is struggling of back pain for a long time. Thank you also for the staff that are very accommodating and friendly.
These people are great! It’s obvious that they want you to feel comfortable and respected by listening to your concerns. I have been a few times re: hamstring and hip injuries from running and am feeling smoother than ever after a few sessions. Nikki is a wealth of knowledge who will work to find the root cause of any nagging injuries. The other staff provide their expertise to get you moving right again.

I saw Alecs fir lower back injury, she is and amazing therapist, super knowledgeable, great person. I will definitely be back to see her and highly recommend her for anyone suffering from the same issue
