Sherri is the best - we had reached out to her about 6 months prior based on a recommendation from a realtor we were working with at the time and she very kindly told us no we wouldn’t be able to qualify for a loan for the house we liked at the price it was listed, she also gave us the steps we needed to do to get ourselves in a better financial spot.
