Mitch gets the job done! He and his crew (shout out to Amanda) make sure everything gets taking care of for closing. I was denied by other companies (DTI) who just did surface work, Mitch took time to review all options and we just closed yesterday! A week early! I'm so grateful to them for helping us purchase our first home!
