Purchased an electric bike from Glenn around three years ago. Been extremely happy with quality of service received and the quality of bike. This week had a puncture and took bike in to be repaired. Picked bike up but day later was flat again. Took bike back to shop and Glenn repaired for no charge. When picking up bike Glenn was very apologetic, even though it was a faulty tube, he also serviced my brakes for no cost. This is a reflection of Glenn as a person and how he treats his customers. Bought the Revolution E-Trike and I have to say, as someone who doesn't have a car or license, this changes everything for me... Really zippy, great features and solid range. Charges from 0 to full in just a few hours, couldn't ask for more. Gotta go easy on the corners been 3 wheeled but remarkably stable with all things considered. Glenn gave me some training on it before I rode it home and he made sure I understood all the safety aspects. Well worth the outlay, this beauty is gonna last me years to come!
Hubby and I purchased his and hers Rhino ebikes and accessories from Glenn and we love them. Service was great and Glenn even delivered them to us. The bikes are of high quality and do everything they are advertised to do. Can't get us off them!!
