Drove an hour and a half to get there in pouring rain and place is closed, no bikes in the store. Asked neighbor store and said they closed down. Put something on your web site so people know. Was so upset.
Their customer service and warranty is very fair with each customer.
The man was nice but finding the store is tricky, the sign is no easily seen but the store is still there.
If you are interested in an electric bike in Houston, this is the place to go. Wide selection, staff is knowledgeable, and you can take them out for test rides
