I ordered a pair of pink canvas ballet slippers size 7 adult. I returned them and asked for them.to be exchanged for a size 8 adult, as they run small. This was in 2021. It is now 2026. I have never received my replacement pair of size 8 slippers. When I called today, the lady was not accommodating, very rude and said that there was nothing that they could do. So they would rather steal one pair of slippers than to keep a customer.

We have been a customer for almost 10 years and spend thousands of dollars every year. We asked if we could return just 10 items past the return window and they wouldn't allow it!! The other costume company we work with had no issues extending us a courtesy. Very poor customer service! It doesn't make sense to me that you wouldn't help a long time customer with such a small issue.
UPDATE. As of May 2024 I do want to say that a manager did reach out to me and we were assigned a wonderful representative from Revolution. Brittni was WONDERFUL to work with. She sent my emails and photos to all upper management and they assured me the staff that was terrible to me were all dealt with accordingly. I also want to mention they did end up standing behind their costumes, they exchanged what I needed and the costumes are absolutely darling.
